 Tannins that are present but silky. Superb body, a smooth attack, a touch of vanilla, nuances of blackcurrant with a hint of raspberry. Lovely chocolatey notes, with great power and aromatic persistence, and always that fine minerality that is the signature of the Domaine. |
 It will be the perfect accompaniment to Sisteron lamb, or red meat such as a rib of beef or even a rare burger! |
