Very pale glimmering yellow with golden highlights. |
Expressive nose, with intense, powerful and complex aromas of roses and lychees. Delightfully honeyed notes, with exotic fruit and also dried fruit such as dried apricots … |
Very fresh attack. The palate is sumptuous and smooth with a skilfully judged and well-balanced sweetness. There are the same notes of dried apricot, peach and exotic fruit. and the superbly mineral finish that is the signature of the Domaine. |
Delicious with pan seared foie gras, or blue cheeses such as a Bleu du Queyras or a Fourme d’Ambert. |
